Is Local transfer really free?
Yes. Every plan includes Local transfer; Free has a 2 GiB soft cap that warns instead of blocking.
Can I get a Pro refund?
Within 14 days of purchase. Local mandatory law overrides this clause.
What exactly is a seat?
One activatable device identity. Several devices for one person consume several seats; Team includes 10.
Can the relay see my files?
No. It forwards ciphertext and app-layer E2EE sits above it, though relay metadata (timing, size) is visible.
Why is there no ad-supported tier?
ADR-010 bans ad SDKs outright. That is an architecture decision, not a business experiment.
Can enterprises self-host the relay?
Yes. Enterprise supports private deployment with full audit, quoted by scale.
