Prohibited use
The following are not permitted and may end service and create liability.
- Distributing unlawful content.
- Unauthorised access to other systems or data.
- Evading applicable export controls or sanctions.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, authors are not liable for indirect damages.
- You are responsible for what you send and to whom.

License & refunds
Paid tiers follow local mandatory law and the published refund policy; open-source components follow their own licences.
- Pro offers a 14-day refund window (local mandatory law wins).
- Engine and protocol are Apache-2.0; official clients are proprietary.
Open-source components
Engine and protocol are open for review; the clients ship as proprietary builds.
- Open-source parts carry no warranty — see their licence text.
- Researchers can submit disclosures; we aim to acknowledge within 72 hours.
Changes
Updates take effect on publication; both language versions are in sync.
- Material changes are noted in the changelog.
